Thread: Imperial Colonel and Master smugglar... why bother being a colonel...

Just got the status of colonel but cant see any bonus with the Recruitment officer. Everyone told me to get to colonel because it helps with making money as a smugglar... but how?
Please advise...

As I understand it, it gives an improved ratio whendelegating faction points to your buyer.

Yes, it make a big difference in the delgation ratio. At Private it costs you 1000 fp to delegate 100 fp to a client. At Colonel it costs you 118fp to delegate 100fp. I think one of the stickys has a full chart of all the delegation ratios.

Also, things have changed with the CU.. if you get a mind buff (Inspirational) you get 10% more faction.
Here is the new ratio:
Cost per FP= 72.72cr (with inspiration buff)
Cost to delegate *1.177 (at colonel)
Cost per FP delegated = 85.6cr
