Hello everyone I'm new to this game...just started a week ago, so far i love it. I'm training to be a novice smuggler and eventually work my way up to master smuggler. I was just wondering if you can make a living off smuggling, I talked to this one master smuggler in-game and he said that theres not enough money in it to making a decent living. Anyways answers to that question would be great. Also any tips and helpful advice would be great to a noobie like me. I'm on the Flurry server so meeting me in-game would be great as well...thanks

Well, slicing used to bring in a bit of money but now we don't need to use tools (once patch 19 goes live), I guess I can't really charge much for slicing, guess we'll have to see what happens.

Maybe one day the smuggler revamp will happen and we'll all get to actualy smuggle stuff andbecome rich and famous

I think that you'll be able to make a very nice living off smuggling after the next publish goes in.

Charge for slicing again since it'll work.

Charge for fixing "broken" weapons.

Charge more for fixing "broken" weapons out in the field.

Charge for selling FPs.

Looks nice to me... now, what am I gonna spend all that money on?

Faction dealings can make you fairly loaded if you get a good client base. When you're dealing in things that cost you over a million credits to get yourself, you can get a fair markup going.

my smuggler makes money slicing faction terminals and running missions. Works well!
