From the reports I've read, previously sliced items have lost their "already sliced" tag.. Not sure if it's intended..

all weapons lose their already sliced tags no matter if it's sliced or not. This is becuase we can re-slice it so it makes no difference really. Keeping it in only really tells the person that they may fail scans and we know how much of a joke that is.

Presliced weapons will probably remain the same as they are now. Something to check though.

I hope so because i sliced my proton carbine before i knew about slicing being messed up and i would really like to be able to reslice under the new system since i can only get it once.

as of the code on TC a few minutes ago you can NOT slice a weapon that had been sliced before publish 19. This may change (I hope it does or a half way house and they give pre-19 sliced guns a 50% customise to account for the slice they had) so watch for reports from TC or TC-Ahazi which will be testing side by side.
