Thread: Where are Finely Crafted Toolkits dropping-Ignore double click

Ok got a couple of MBH in my guild keeping me stocked in delicate triggers but need the toolkits for the third speed slice.. can find some on vendors and the bazar but no idea who drops these. Anyone got a good spot?
