yeah only smugglers can sell faction points, no other profession can, I guess you'll have to use them all yourself

I know they are the only ones that can BUY them, but can other people sell off and give away their facton points?
Also anyone know where I can find out the fp cost of eash imp rank and how many fp each imp rank can hold?

No, anybody can sell faction points.
