This my have been asked before so if it has I'm sorry for repeating . My problem/question is this: I have two characters. One is a Zabrak (former master smuggler) and a Human (master smuggler). With my human master smuggler it cost me a bit over 15k fpto buy an AT-ST. I thought it odd that it showed -30% cost for my human for faction perks. I thought it just due to low rank. After making Colonel it still shows -30% I talked to a friend and he said when he was master smuggler that AT-ST's were only 7-8k fp. He didn't remember the exact cost but he did stress that 15k fp was way to much for a human master smuggler. I looked at my Zabrak character and it too has -30%. Can anyone explain to me why it's like this? The whole point of me making a human master smuggler was to buy less expensive faction perks. Is this a bug perhaps that should be reported? Or maybe since my first character was a Zabrak I'm doomed to have -30% cost no matter what I play? Any information would be appreciated and welcomed. Thanks.
