I just landed in bestine and i see a system msg about a shuttle, next thing i see is vader talking, i walk outside the shuttle port and he had parked his lambda right in front of it and hes threating us IMPs to get our act togeather and take back the planet in the name of the empire.
Anyone else seen this?
and i know this has nothing to do with smugglin

They were not kidding about having the "big names" move around more eh?

I went back and read what he said....
System msg saying something about a shuttle comming in for landing and its cleared.
i come out of the starport and there are some bodys and some nasty looking black darktroopers standing over them....vader didnt kill anyone. then he says.

Same thing happened on Bria, the Rebels are actually winning on Corellia and Tatooine as of right now.

Happened on Chimaera, too. Shame Vader isn't a little more active, I would of loved to see some Jedi get ganked by the master, be they imp or rebel
I know some jedi guildmates who've said they want it to happen to them, too, perhaps they could give them a badge too;

Yeah, tonight Vader redressed us Imperials in Bestine for falling down on the job, and evidently Leia crashlanded in Anchorhead of Cnet earlier today. An official-controlled Vader addressed a collection of 150-200 Imperials at a conference SSer had a couple weeks ago, too. Seems like they're trying to get a little more of the Star Wars feel going around.

He was in Bestine lastnight on Gorath and I missed it. 
I wanted to see these characters.

I witnessed Leia outside of Cnet the other night. She gave this motivational speech, and all the while the other players were /slap and /punch and catcalling, insulting her, etc...it was rather juvenile. I appreciate them using the main characters more, but still you'd think that they would have the body guards of these people able and ready to incap anyone who would dare touch the person they were guarding. Or in the case of Vader, just send them to the cloner.
Oh well - maybe someday...
