I didn't see it mentioned in the skill trees any more, is this ability still there?

Certainly is.For my partI've noticed a slight increase in need given the requirements of bio-linking faction armour, so that's a good thing

i think its still part of the master smuggler box and i know that due to factionb armours and pets as already mentioned that the need for master smuggler/faction colonel has increased post cu
