Post on your galaxy trade forums that you are looking for ws's who are selling them. In no time you should have a list of shops in responses.

I'd use the global vendor search at your closest Bazaar.
Click the "Vendor Location" tab and then the "Entire Galaxy" radio buttion. From there, you can browse in Weapons - Pistols and find the Renegade Pistol. You can see who's got them available and pick the ones with the stats you like from the comfort of the city.
I use this feature every time I need weapons, armor, or a ship component, and within minutes I can be sure I am going to the right place to get the gear I want.

I got mine custom made by a WS... krayted. The best is to find a good weaponsmith and just ask them if they can make one for you. Preferably Krayt Tissues in it because they add a fair amount of damage but a good amount of speed.
