Thread: Feign death skill mods?

Looking at the dirty fighting tree, you get Feign death at dirty fighting 1. In dirty fighting 2-4 you get a FD skill bonus. What do the increased skill mods do? What's the differenece between a 0040 smug with FD +70 and a 0010 smug with FD + 45?

Until recently I would have told you that it did absolutely nothing. However, I just dropped down to 0/0/1/0 Smuggler, and when fighting an NS Elder, I twice failed to feign death. Also, on the Corvette, I twice failed to feign death. So. It appears that when fighting high levelmobs, feign death is more likely to fail when at 0/0/1/0. However, the rate is still extremely low for failure.
