"Featuring original "Star Wars" sound effects and music, this boxed collection includes three titles: "Paradise Snare, The Hutt Gambit, " and "Rebel Dawn"

Now, I've read this trilogy 3 times...and I'm currently reading through the "Battle of Nar Shaddaa" in The Hutt Gambit. But...it just appeals to me to hear the actual sound effects, music, and voices (even though it's not gonna be Harrison Ford or anything).

Apparently. Quit padding your post count and hijacking my thread. That's what the GAT and your Galaxy forum is for, nub

Would it be so hard for these people to start putting books on CD now?

We don't have one cassette player in our home, or vehicles...

Oh well, someday they'll get with the times!

Apparently someone needs a nap... or some beer and pie.

Heh, his account is one day older than mine... I guess he's entitled to call me a nub.

*edit* Here, I'll try and expound upon my original reply so that it fits more into what you'd call "on topic".

I love the Han Solo trilogy. And this sounds like a pretty good deal, except for the fact that it's on cassette, which means that I could listen to it in my car, but the tapes might get eaten by the cassette player that I never use.

Better?

Well, I tried reading Tales from Jabba's Palace, and I got annoyed by the constant references to events from the movies. Jeez, can't these guys have a LITTLE imagination?

So these Solo books are new tales, and decent?

I know they're not new, but they're somewhat original?

The sad part is... I don't really give a durni's turd about my post count. I'm more of a "stream of consciousness" kinda poster these days.
