I like the roleplay. I change my mood to sly and wheel and deal in the cantina. I drop into a campsite near the Tusken Fort and everyone wants their weapon to have my special treatment. I help people get a little farther with their aspirations by providing them with an enhancement to their gameplay.

I like helping along new smugglers in their quest to get containers. I show them ways that do not require them to buy containers.

I love to watch the GCW unfold, especially as a participant of both sides.

Tell us what you love about your character, because smuggling is a labour of love.

I like running to a mission on Endor, and just when a Pubam thinks he's gonna kill me - oops, sorry I just feigned death and he thinks I'm dead and leaves. Being a smuggler made it easier to give up my basic scout skills in that sense. Improving weapons and armor for myself and friends is also great.

I like being able to solo anything in the game(fambas, kimogilas, dark jedi masters, imperial battlefields, etc.)

ROFL! I guess someone else doesn't like soloing anything in the game since they gave me a poor rating on my post.

At any rate, I think the smuggler is the most well-rounded class out there....and just have a blast playing it.

the majority of MMOGers hate soloers. IDK exactly why, My only guess is there pist to see you doing something they can't. I got hate spammed by a human love couple on far star while playing my alt when I was soloing the spawns by the cantina in eisly. The too stupidly handsome toons, guy in default marksman padded jacket, his date trying to be sexy in a bone armor chestplate, claiming to be a community elder somewhere else, ridiculed my rod alts ridiculous height and obescity, (not randomly generated) and my entire suit of looted clothing. Most of the time people just try to or KS me when I solo, here and on EQOA. But these ones were gratious enough to hate spam me at the same time. I pointed out the lack of XP they were gaining due to my 1.5 74-160 scout blaster i saved for ended their session.

rant aside I must say FD cause I seem doomed to solo no matter where I go. I try to play EQOA but FD brings me back here everytime. I love FD cause I afk alot, and being a gunslinging trando, constantly in need of a dirt nap. (the reason for creating and leving a rodian alt)

I refer to FD as "sleeping behind enemy lines". you come back and sometimes see some funny stuff in chat log. How can some players be so ignorant? Oh well I guess theres much IDK about other profs myself.

Bring on the one star solo haters. my rating cant get much worse anyway.

Feign death makes for easy, campless AFKs. Not to mention the ability to never fear PvP death when TEFd or sellin faction.

Low Blow takes the Pistoleer and makes it a perfect multi-role class add-on, offensive and defensive. Add on Panic shot and you'll get out of anything. Very usefull for when theFD doesnt work well enough.

But tactics aside, I'm crazy for FP sales. I dont sell nearly as often as I'd like, but when I do, I tend to make a cool million easy. It makes forsmooth and cool blackmarket style RP. I can get you anything baby, if you got enough creds. Surplus ATST? Sure. How many you need?

Anyways I personaly hate people who solo . I mean I dont mind if people take on a dark jedi or a group of hermits ourside their house , but when people were soloing Krayts ... Krayts are supposed to be the most feared and dangerouse creatures in the whole universe , and yet a singer person could take one out . There a point were some are powerful , to a point were its just rediculouse .

Back to subject , I love Smuggler for the RP'n ability . That and it has cool moves that arnt say the best but are fun to play around with .

Got tae say i agree with the original poster's reasons......

Hopefully i can get a few fp sales going though, as they sound like some nice cash.... My only problem is, how do you find someone who wants to buy fp from yer faction?

No really.

Well it was either Smuggler or BH, but I didn't want to be the combat monster that BH seemed to be. I like diversified social characters and smuggler fit that role.

I like bitching about the lack of content and when people ask what my problem is and what profession I am they just give me kind of a simpathetic nod when I tell them. I also enjoy banging my head against the wall for fun.That must be why I Mastered smuggler and pistoleer.
