Shouldn't. So far I've seen that misses will not break the mez.

You would only get one shot because Last Ditch has a 60 Second cooldown timer. And Concussion only last 45 seconds at master. at least you could run away if you miss. /shrug

I USED TO take Defense Stacker 2....do you?

Ah, I didn't know about the timer. I rarely use it. At least that nips a possible cheese in the bud.

Just reapply the Mez ... then try Last Ditch again.

Just kinda curious what would happen if you used Concussion Shot when you were about to die. Could you just Last Ditch till it hits?
