I have a client who owns 2 NSEL's. The stats are not that impressive, but I do know it is a rare and unique item to own.

The first has these stats:

Spd 2.3

Dmg 407-855

Wnd: 40.25

Dps: 274.83

and the second these:

Spd: 2.3

Dmg: 351-797

Wnd: 40.25

Dps: 246.81

I did ask for the Sac stats, but have not yet heard back and if I recall the conversation his modified speed is 1.58.

Now, here is where things get interesting. The client lives to RP and loves his unique (albiet weakish) weapons and knows there are better choices available, but wants these regardless. He has 2 ADK's and a Durable Lathe (+30% spd) to add to the pikes once the job is complete as well as a line on another Lathe.

Given that information should I slice as best as can be done for damage? Or work some into critical hit and possible more on speed?
