Thread: idea for the dmg cap

When i was slicing a weapon for dmg the other day, i noticed something. Since it wasn't over the dmg cap, something interesting happened. it was a HC scatter i believe, which slice caps at 916. Well, my second dmg slice hit 916. I went ahead and applied the third (b/c i forgot the cap) and instead of raising the max dmg, it raised the MIN. I would love for this to be able to be applied to crafted, capped weapons. such as the fgw5's cap is like 969. so instead of raising the max dmg, how bout raising the min dmg, so that the slice can mean something! whatdya think?

A normal dmg slice already raises both min and max dmg. If the dmg meant for max would be reapplied to min, maybe, but as it is, they both increase by 2, 4, and 8%.
