Already using one of my favourites 
... erm, how about "Mine! mine!", always a great memory to have of Yoda battling R2 for a miniature torch. Oooh, how about "Carrie!" when Luke gets out of his Xwing at Yavin? Erm,
"That's no moon... it's a space station", "I have you now!", "If only you knew the power of the dark side!", "You, like your father, are now, mine!" (very possesive these force types), "No, I don't think he likes you. No, I don't like you either." "Help me Obi Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope."
Also, there's my favourite inuendo quote, not entirely accurate, but near enough;
Vader> "A shuttle has landed on the moon of Endor containing a group of Rebels"
Palpatine> "Yes, I know."
Vader> "My son was with them."
Palpatine> "Are you sure?"
Vader> "I... felt him."
Palpatine> "Hmm... strange that I have not..."
Then again, I'm a sick puppy

Unrelated to Star Wars, but as a smuggler, sometimes I feel it appropriate.

As a smuggler when i think what sounds like a smuggler this comes to mind!
