Well with what they pulled I did the only thing I can, cancelled my subscription.

Been a master smuggler since Oct/Nov havent dropped it since, this latest BS that they pulled was the final straw.

No more money from me.

Good Luck in the fight all, but I doubt they will ever get anything right.

I wouldnt believe anything TH says, I think they just released that lame list to get us all up in arms, so they could push it off till a later time.

Be joining you on the 10th, till then I am going drop all my smuggler skills and actually have some fun. Seeming as how one of the most IMPORTANT roles in the STAR WARS universe continues to get delays, I am waiting till it works before I pay more.

I love the game too much to outright quit.

I am dropping Smuggler though, as I have already dropped Pistoleer.

I cannot remain positive in these forums, so I will not be posting in here anymore. Luckily I am maxed out in all forms of Smuggler XP, so if this revamp works out I may come back.

You guys are in good hands with Caylin though. He will see you through it.

As much as I would like to quit in protest of the continued way the Devs sneakliy suggest we "help" with the revamp, I only hope you guys don't end up doing most of their work. Remember, we pay them 15 bucks a month, and while it's nice to have input into how the game works, don't let TH or the Devs fool you into thinking they are doing this for you. You guys are now stuck with the responsibility of rebuilding the Smuggler profession. While that may excite you guys it shouldn't. Anyways, not gonna pour more derision.

Good luck Smugglers.

I often wonder how many people have actually played MMORPG's before. If you had you would realize that SWG is far and away the BEST at giving the people what they want. The only problem with this is that none of the developers have a magic wand they can wave and *poof* all better. These thingstake time. Sometimes they take a LONG time. Is writing code something extremely difficult? No. Is making that code function and work and balancing it against10,000 other codes while at the same time addressing everyone elses problems AND patching and fixing all bugs or other issues difficult? Yes.

You should feel lucky IMO. You could be playing other MMO's (no names mentioned) that don't give a rats arse about your wants and you're lucky if a dev stops by the boards once a week.

Give em a break-

I don't have a problem with the game. My problem is the lack of communications from someone in the know on:

1.What is broke. The type of thingsthe DEVs consider is a bug and not what we concider is a bug.

2.What is in the works to be fixed and a target date of when they feel it will be fixed. And I don't mean generalizations like Combat Revamp for Publish 10. I would like to know specifics for the different professions.

3.What they have no intention of fixing cause they don't have the resources to do it.

I don't like being strung alone with "Yeah, we know about it and are looking into it and we will get back to you". If I pay money for a product and I don't get satisfactory answers to RESONABLE questions I will not give anyone who is responsible for that product a break. Is what I want really to much for the DEVs to handle?

I used to be a Creature Handler.

The difference in the attitude between a class the devs like and one that they appearantly do not is striking.

I'm having a lot more fun as a smuggler, I don't know what you guys are talking about!

I love being a Smuggler, but I will probably try the new Jedi path when it comes ... and hold on to Smuggler as long as I can until I can decide if that is my calling.

Sorry to see u leave, I am in the same boat as you, been master since Oct. And although I am pissed off that we have gotten nothing up until now, I realize that with the SE coming up things shall get better before they get worst. I beleive that the Dev team is understaffed to deal with the amount of revamps and fixes that need to be done, hence to get it done properly we must wait. Until we do get fixed here is what i am doing, /createnewcharacteronChimaeraForTheSoulPurposeOfHuntingDownAndKillingEverDamnJediICanBecauseTheyAreGettingARevampBeforeUsWhoHaveNeededARevampSinceBeta, So as of now i am 2040BH, with ranger tracking. Once i wrap up my exams i will finish on the Investigation Tree and being the hunt.

This is pure crap! We are so close to our revamp, I say wait. Once we get our revamp then hey go do what ya gotta do cause I probably will be right behind ya. But to quit so soon is just retarted.(my perspective) Well best of luck to you anyways.
