I was reading Thunderhearts post about the "combat upgrade/balance/revamp/redeux/do-over/whatisitcalledthishour" and found this response:

1. Professions revamps are still in the mix, but red-names are no longer going to be discussing anything beyond "whats next" and the Combat Upgrade is "Whats Next".


2. They will not be released. As players come into the Combat Upgrade Beta test, the information will be made available to them.


We will be releasing more information, but not yet.


So, with Greenmarine being a red name...take this for what it's worth.
