I'm just curious. I've always thought it was possible tojoin a chat channel on EQ2 from SWG and back and forth. But also, wasn't it impossible for us to join chat channels across SWG servers? Like someone on Tarq joining something on Bria?

"Joining Chat Rooms (In EQII, joining these rooms is also possible from the Chat Options screen accessible by right-clicking a chat window):

To join a chat room on another server in the same game, type /join servername.roomname"

So, what's up with that? And if it works now, what's our official chat?

I can't get it to work at all. I keep trying to join the SIN channel but nothing happens.

If someone can get this to work, I'd love to know about it. I've been trying to get something like this set up for almost a year now, but despite the fact we've got cross-game chat, we never found a way to make cross-server chat channels happen.

Interested in this as well. Would be nice to get my Guild semi-back together from them wandering around EQ2 and SWG.

It's worked for many months (we chat in tcpa on tc from eclipse/bria/eq2 all the timeetc)

you just need someone to start the room
