Ok. Here's my story. I spent close to 400k to help get rid of -5000 IMP Faction at the Imperial Recruiter. I just sat there for an hour feeding this guy credits and it worked out fine.

Now that I'm Imperial, 90% of the time I try to "make a donation" he tells me I've donated enough.

Anyone know why this is? It there only so much you can donate in a set time period? Or is it only something you can really do if you're neutral?

So confused.

There's a 500fp cap, meaning that you cannot by an ammount of faction that sends you over 500... so if you're already at 500+, you can't buy more FP

Wes is right... You are not supposed to buy FP to increase your own, but only to buy and delegate to other people. So like he said, if you try to buy any that takes you over 500 (or if you already have over 500) you cannot buy more UNTIL you delegate enough to another player to take you back under 500.
