You can either go:

Master Smuggler, Master Marksman, BH 4-4-4-0, Scout 4-1-1-0 with0 SP left.

Master Smuggler, Master Marksman, BH 4-4-3-1, Scout 4-1-0-0 with 1 SP left.

Master Smuggler, Master Marksman, BH 4-4-2-2, Scout 4-0-0-0 with 0 SP left.

Alternatively, switch Smuggler for BH in the above and have Master BH and a different combination of Smuggler.
