What are the specials you keep in your toolbar? I tried testing some of the specials last night on Bols solo but could not stay on my feet long enough to test. which are the must have damage suppliers? I am used to alternating critical and torso shots with KD's and roots. I know how last ditch works and dont think I tested low blow. please help. thanks.

Mine are (jogging my memory while at work):
- My most used weapon (at the moment a Scatter Pistol)
- Body Shot
- Quickdraw
- My loot macro
- Critical Shot
- Knock-down (could exchange that fora Pistols special)
- Torso Shot
- Ranged Shot
- Root
- Low Blow
- Duelist Stance
- My Stim macro
In the second row I have:
- Alternative Weapon
- Alternative Weapon
- Brandy
- Burst Run
- Last Ditch (so I don't hit it accidently - been there, done that
) - Eye Shot
- Dizzy Shot
- Feign Death
- Panic Shot
- Reckless Shot
- Fan Shot
- Concussion Shot
I have combined my "recovery" commands into one macro and have that on a different hotkey.

As long as it isn't redundent (except concussion and stopping shot. it's good to have a backup in case you miss with one) I have it in my toolbar. Body shot does the same damage as reckless shot but without the defense penelty so I took reckless off. I have rapid fire for when I have the freedom to drain my action bar in short order, all the different status effect shots (intimidate shot, overwhelming, disarming, warning, etc) and last ditch for emergencies

I stretch my toolbar so that its two rows tall and in three seperate blocks of four buttons each. The Left Block are my state effect specials, and "Ranged Shot"(Standard Ranged attack from Novice Marksman). The Center Block contains my damage specials. The Right Block houses my "personal support" abilities, as I like to call them.
What exact specials I use, however, well, you'll just have to find out the hard way.

i m still trying to find that out myself. i find it rather .. uhmdisturbing that i did more damage as MCarb/3113Smuggler/0004 Pistoleer using a pistol as i do now as MSmug/4434 Pistoleer/MMarksman, using the same pistol and having better mods from pistoleer for the pistol.
Before i did up to 920 Damage with a pre-cu DL44 using advanced legshot, or whatever the highest was called. Now using Improved (or was is advanced) Reckless shot, i do up to *cough* 540* and usingquick draw, bodyshot etc, i hit for ca 420.

Other than a well timed Last Ditch, the only decent damage special a Pure Smuggler would have is Reckless Shot, it does have a modifier a bit over Body Shot, but puts a defencive penalty on you, and possibly your opponent, for a short time.
