ADK = Anti Decay Kit which is the last (so far) of the big veteran rewards.
Yes you can slice with an ADK (from what I hear) on the weapon BUT DON'T!! If your weapon is valuable enough to put an ADK on it then surely its valuable enough to WAIT until this Slicing Fix goes to the live servers.
As you can see in the Dev tracker its all ready been coded and just waiting for the publish so hopefully we will see it in Pub 18.
The slicing change will allow the smuggler to pick what happens to the weapon, speed increase, damage increase, maybe even SAC decrease!
So just wait and slice it then.
