Okay, this is one of my completely random ideas. I came up with it while noticing NPC jawas wandering around the mission terminals.

Wouldn't it be interesting if you're walking around Mos Eisley or another Tatooine city, checking mission updates or hanging out in the cantina and suddenly you see on your chat box...

At that point you'd have three options: A) If you're paying attention and you catch it quickly, say within five seconds, you lose no cash and the npc becomes red. You can do what you like with the little cretin from there. B) If you're not paying attention or you catch it too late, a small amount of cash is extracted from your inventory. The jawa becomes yellow and walks away. If you aggro him and take him out within one minute, you get your cash back plus whatever else he has on him. C) If you're AFK (tisk, tisk) or not paying attention, you lose some cash.

Now how much more interesting is that then the faction scan template for NPC interaction? One advantage is it would be a risk forAFK players and you know how much both jawas and AFK spammers love starports. This could translate into thugs or other species on other planets. I don't know, I think as long as it didn't get out of hand with over or under spawning and not being so predictable as being scanned in Deeja Peek for example, it could be interesting
