well geevo, i only know norwegian law, and acording to it this falls under what is know as "feil reklame" or mis advertising. For istance if i sold you a Cell phone and told you it was water proof and it got water damaged (lol), i would have to give you your money back. Or if i sold you a car which had its odometer(?) changed to show 12000 miles instead of 25000 miles.

I for one am encouraged by this announcement. I was really hoping that the Devs would incorporate space into the smuggling profession. It kinda botheredme when I heard the revamp was scheduled before JTL. Now I know that the Devs vision for smuggler is consistant with the Movies......heavily space craft oriented. With some smuggling on the ground for good measure.

Id rather have 1 really good publish incorporating all the different aspects of the game including the expansion, then to have a mediocre, crummy quick fix that puts our concerns on the back burner for another year.

LOL you cannot sue them because the game does not meet your expectations. You signed the EULA and they covered the liability issues with stuff like this:
