Jedi.Jedi,jedi,jedi and jedi 100 more times...This game is only about jedi...Im ranger,pikeman,ch,smuggler,TKA,pistoleer...But NOTHING is funny anymore...Not PvP,not PvE,not dungeons,not business...This game is nothing...The devs are promising stuff about jedi,JTLS and so on...Nothing but promises...I cant wait no more,I cant spend my lifetime on this game when its nothing of what I expected it to be when I bought it. I have spend 7 months to learn this game,and when I know nearly everything about it,there is no point to play it no more. In the end,its all about money....Theres no Star Wars feeling over this game. Nothing,nothing at all...Im done.

no flame....just as pissed as you are....only way i know to deal with anger is to use sarcasm or beat someone in the head....and a plane ticket to Texas costs a little more than $15/mo...

Funny thing is that it's the players that are all making it about Jedi....Jedi sucks. I haven't logged into mine for a week because all I get to do is grind all day, get beat down by a BH and end up negative gain, and have people that come across me hunting stand around trying to get me visibility/talking smack to me/throwing me duel requests.
My smuggler is why I'm here, so if your reason for quitting is Jedi, you need to get off the complaint bandwagon and get a real reason. Rebalance being bumped to "live when hell freezes over"-TH would be a good reason...the fact that this also means smuggler revamp (which should have been months ago now) has likely been set back for a year would be another.
But since your main reason is the complaint of the month, I'm guessing that you'll end up like the 5000 others that post "I'm quitting!" threads, followed a week later by "I'm going to wait for JTL" threads, followed by "I'm back after a break from the game and [insert new complaint on the boards] is STILL broken???" threads.
People that are serious about quitting grind out a Master Doc character and sell it as a buffbot on Ebay like everybody else...get real...

Why don't you try to make the best of a bad situation?
I completely how I feel about the current sitation a week ago, when I had my first decent jedi battle....
I enjoyed myself MORE than I ever had in PvP, so much that I decided I'm going to drop my faster smuggler (and I LOVE IT TOO) to pick up some other boxes, so I can be an even bigger nuisance to the jedi 
I NEVER participate in those BH games....I just tend to go overt with some guildies, and I try to call out the high level jedi on our server for a fight (while trying to convince em to leave the gank squad at home).
I really really love being a smuggler...more the class then what SWG makes of it actually....so I might remaster sooner or later...atm I'm just trying to get the most fun out of my playtime... and right know that seems to be epic jedi battles for me...
Just a sidenote, as I'm absolutely baffled with this: a lot of imp players refuse to go overt because of the overpoweredness of jedi....our guild decided to set an example and start above tactics, apparently we did pretty good as every jedi on the whole server know about us (and fears us???), not only because of our combat, but also because we are able to refrain from griefing, insulting and all things bad
I short, try to find new things to enjoy it might work (maybe there's a super entertainer or chef hidden in you?anything goes!)

but Wayne, why don't you goto SOE's dev place and just bang on the door long enough till you can talk to someone about the smuggler revamp
You live in austin... I bet theres ways of finding the building.

cuz he's FD in the street! weren't u payin attention?!?
i'd go to SOE myself since i'm in austin, but the door terminal is broken and cant be sliced.
