Thread: new smuggler with a quick question

I just hit novice smuggler tonight. I had a blast tearing up quenkers with my pistol. I did Pistols IV and Carbines IV in one buff session with no armor, I'm kind of proud of myself. Anyway, enough bragging. I have a question.


Do Tuskens drop locked containers? I still need to knock out Rifle IV (I'm going Master Commando/Master Smuggler is the reason behind that) and i was thinking about doing it over at Fort Tusken in hopes of getting the xp and the containers so i can get on with the slicing.

Yes they do, but then so do meat lumps and a large number of other NPCs. Whether they're dropped is randomly determined. If you want to have a slicing grind session, I suggest you hang around a main Starport and offer to slice containers, paying a few hundred credits for the, er, 'privilage'. Alternatively, if you've guild mates/friends that have a bunch, pester them , you might also want to buy a bunch of them, but watch out for the bastage opportunists who're out to make a quick buck at some newsmuggler's expense.


Alternatively you might want to make your way through the Underworld and Dirty Fighting trees, aswell as a large chunk of Commando. By the time you get through all that you might have looted enough containers
