Here is a list of prices for Rebel faction perks (non-master smuggler). Master smuggler price is 25% off.

Armor:
Rebel marine boots: 3000
Rebel marine leggings: 3000
Rebel marine helm: 3000
Rebel marine chestplate: 4000
Rebel marine left bicep: 2000
Rebel marine right bicep: 2000

There are no Rebel marine bracers or gloves in the game.

Furniture:
Tech Armoire: 1400 FP
Tech Bookcase: 1400 FP
Tech Cabinet: 1400 FP
Tech Chair: 1000 FP
Tech Chest: 1000 FP
Tech Coffee Table: 1200 FP
Tech Couch: 1200 FP
Tech End Table: 1000 FP

Installations: need to be overt to buy
Small turret: 2000
Medium turret: 6000
Large turret: 9000
Covert faction scanner: 500
Minefield: 500
Forward outpost: 20000
Field hospital: 40000
Tactical center: 45000
Detachment HQ: 60000

Not sure for Rebels but for us Imperials the race of the purchaser effects the cost of the faction perks. Humans (and Master Smuggler, of course) have the best price.

That is true. Imperial humans (non master smuggler) also currently get 30% off (due to COA), of the prices I listed.
