according to village phase, you cannot train the luck branch until phase 3
I now that because i spent half of my time in the village looking for a trainer that could help me train the luck branch
Luck appearsto only make you find more money on dead npcs

A new skill?
[instant death] When you use this command, you will die (not feign, real death)
Or feign death revamp
[Suicide] : You can use this skill to avoid something or someone killing you. Death by your own hand, quick and clean.
BH : "Hey you, we have to talk, i got a bounty on your face"
Smuggler : "don't approach or i shoot !"
BH : "what do you want to do with your crappy pistol? See my armor? You won't even scratch it !"
Smuggler : "I didn't told i wanted to shoot YOU !"

Actually, Persuasion grants a player decreased faction prices, or so I've heard.
I can see a Variation on the Triple Master set up now.
Master Smuggler, Master TKA, Gunfighter 3444, Persuasion 4, Ranged Support 1.
That gives you two steps from the Triple Master, three less(broken) pistol specials, a few less mods, and supposedly very cheap faction perks, 'cause I heard the Smuggler discount stacks on the Persuasion discount.
Or, you could drop Ranged Support 1 and get Gunfighter 4444

I'd like to get this confirmed. I'm doing a crafting quest now at the Village, but if this is the case, I'll take the Persuasian tree and keep it.
Can anyone confirm that this does give you cheaper faction perks, and it stacks with the Smuggler discount?

Doesn't LUCK skill only increasing the amount of credit you loot?
That's what I saw this morning while I was choosing FS skills to get.

Oh no! I'm stoping this rumor right now before it spreads like wildfire. The Force Sensitive Skill of LUCK does NOT have anything to do with smugglers and slicing in any way shape or form. All it does is increase the amount of credits you loot from NPC's.

Personally I'll be pretty angry if being force sensitive makes you a better smuggler in any way. It sucks that the force/jedi is now something more than just a profession. Why can't I be the best at my job without mystical guidence? Why should someone else's fantasy affect mine? I don't want to be Luke Skywalker, I want to be Han Solo or Lando Calrissian.

it does not just say luck with gaining credits, if you read it, it is worded as though it increases luck genrally with other things so we need a developers to confirm it really.

Why this post was one-starred, I dunno. Five back at you, bud, to get you back up.But those are my thoughts exactly. This is Star Wars Galaxies...a compilation of movie andexpanded universe canon along with new material. Everything doesn't revolve around being a Jedi. In fact, if Luck has anything to do with the Force, and you were a lucky person you would be able to sense it or sense something.
So why can't people just be lucky? Damn I **edit**ing hate the Jedi set up. It sucks and it will always suck unless there's another high-end way of increasing your skills beyond mastery (ie the legendary professions thread).
