Concusion shot was fixed recently. Yeah I know people see this as a nerf but it is now working as intended
Bio Linked weapon slicing has been fixed and along with this the Pup issuse should be fixed too. Well You now are able to remove Pups from bio linked weapons so its a partial fix
Apart from that what bugs does the profesion still have?
Like I said I know we still can't smuggle but it would seam all in all he profesion is in prety good shape regading bugs. I mean Just look at the poor Droid Engineers.
Personaly, i see conc shot not as nerfed, but fixed.. except for the fact that its not easy to chain anymore. Bsomewhat bugged right now is the slicing tho. =P the damage slice cap is lower as the crafted weapon damage cap, and critical slice does nuthin else but popping a critcial over your target name. Spice isnt worth the resources, IMO..
When you slice a Mission Terminal, the higher payout is still gone when you hit refresh, any imperial player can still easier evade the contraband scan by Crackdown troops as any MSmug can.
MSmuggler Box is rather useless. Grants no Bonus to Slicing as far as i know. Slice 4 is exactly the same, if thats a Bug, or just lack of foresight.. who knows.
As MSmuggler Feign Death fails to many times, IMO. saw the cloner more then few times since hey changed that. Instead once, when low on HP i have to start using it when i m halfway down my HP Bar.
Well my biggest gripe with the slicing system is the fact that the Illegal core boosters are selling for 2mil a piece and I haven't seen one drop yet as loot, only from salvaging WUKs, the Simple and finely crafted toolkits are not dropping as loot, yet the Delicate trigger assembly is dropping like crazy. You can't slice above the caps on weapons, which means all you need is a really Good 12smith, and some tissues and the weapon doesn't need sliced at all.
The concussion shot deal, only problem I have with it is the fact that the ONLY reason it was changed is because too many Jedi were whining because they were being rendered Useless. It wasn't changed due to any other reason than that.
Bug or Not? Slicing 4 works just as good as Master?
At times while making a slice it does not give the Alloted amount of points to the weapon. Instead of it being a 12%speed slice you wind up with around 8 to 10%. The math doesn't always add up correctly.
Bug/Broken? The communication between smugglers, rangers, entertainers, SLs, Commandos, DE, BE, did i forget anyone? Is absolutely pathetic.
Just my 2cents worth on this though.

Well, yes.. the communication between the Professions is not so bright at the moment. Had a friendly fight with SLs aboutwho willget the Hawtchicks during our ride in the short bus*sighs*. I think no one is to blame for the defect in the comm dish that should connect all profession. Prolly everyone is kinda pissed because of the current state of the game. Even some of the Jedi *twitch* say that Devs should move their attention from Jedi to the "normal" *twitch* Professions.. and getting flamed from other Jedi for posting this.

- Critical Hit slice doesn't work.
- Don't remember if the Low Blow desc says anything about a KD, but I'd list it as a bug if it doesn't.
- The slicing percentages are screwed up. One of the trees give access to a 100% customization where MS should be the only ones capable of that.
That's just off the top of my head, and those are just bugs. There are many more "problems" with the profession.

Are you sure you weren't "On Leave" at the time? While On Leave, this will happen. However, if you are Combatant or Special Forces, the NPCs (in my experience) do still apologize for the inconvenience and let you go without a fine if you are high enough rank.

Interesting... yes, I was on leave. I don't recall getting a bye when Combatant at all since the CU. I'll test further - but pre-CU even Coverts got the bye.
