Thread: combining smugs atks with other weapons

my curent templet is master comando 2414 smug i was wondering since the plasma thrower has an automatic aoe does that mean the specials I though out is going to hit any hostile in that aoe? or is it just the one i have targeted and the aoe is just reg dmg.
