sell faction points? any command?
And, how can I slice things 100% success?

For faction point selling look to the stickied threads, there's one full of links to FAQ's and all kinds of Smuggler guides.
To get 100% success when slicing use Molecular Clamps. If you can't make them (need to be Slicing 4 to make them) buy them from your local Smuggler suppy shop.
