OK, we've batted a lot of good things around here. This is one of the best forums I know to do this because even when we disagree, we do so in a civil manner (most of the time:robotwink.

The GCW Correspondent started a post about the Civilian role in the new PvP system. I would like to urge all of you that have an opinion to go there and read through the ideas, post your support of one or another, or even post your own ideas. The thing is that the changes will effect a lot more than just Smugglers and a criminal element. It effects a lot of different playstyles and choices, so keep that in mind while you're there.

Thanks guys.

"Jedi claims of being "broken" are like saying "But my TV isn't widescreen! It's broken! My TV can't show high-def pictures in 1080i, it can only do 720i! It's broken!" Meanwhile, crafters are saying "We'd really like to have a TV that's larger than 12" and gets more than 4 channels and doesn't constantly lose vertical control", and entertainers are saying "Can we get some color instead of this B&W piece of junk?" And smugglers? We're listening to radio programs of "The Shadow" and "The Abbot and Costello Comedy Hour" and hearing FDR's Fireside Chats. We don't even HAVE a damn TV, much less a broken one or a "broken" one by Jedi standards. I'd LOVE to be as "broken" as they are." - The Legendary Solo4114

Bumping this because I'm hoping more people will post on the GCW Forum thread.

I am too.

Civilians have a place. Help me define it.

I also want to give Civilians a PvP enabled option (without joining a faction) and am curious as to how the playerbase feels about that.

Hell with civilians in general.

I want to know how SMUGGLERS will be "more involved in the new system".

Anyone?

Smuggler, Smuggler, Smuggler Pie, Two years of "Soon"(TM), a harsh bunch of lies.
Ask me a riddle and I reply: "Smuggler, Smuggler, Smuggler Pie"

Smuggler, Smuggler, Smuggler Pie, Dancers can't smuggle and neither can I.
Ask me a riddle and I reply: "Smuggler, Smuggler, Smuggler Pie."

Smuggler, Smuggler, Smuggler Pie, Why are there Jedi, I don't know why.
Ask me a riddle and I reply: "Smuggler, Smuggler, Smuggler Pie."

LOL... we got to get Civilians more involved in the system overall mate. (Especially with all the stuff unveiled this week.) If we don't, then there won't be so much of a need for Smugglers unless they're in a faction. I'm for Smuggling for all!
