That's right. Power ups for vehicles. Make them faster than they can go at a price, that price being they wear down faster and even lose over condition after repair but use % to determine how much faster. I'm sure the hidden code the determines the speed of those is just terrian negotiation anyways.
Any thoughts?

The devs have stated that vehicles currently go as fast as the servers can handle. Thus, vehicle pwoerups will not be happening
