If you'll casually scroll to the top of your screen you'll notice the stickies saying "nothing affects slicing its all random" etc etc so....i'm gonna betcha...its random...as i've found out over teh past 9 months of slicing haha

I am master, and when my slices hit effective they are ALMOST ALWAYS below 20%.

I have noticed this for a while but I didn't pay much attention because my customers always want encumberance slices anyhow...

Ok yesterday we were slicing a bunch of armor--basically 4 full suits--hopeing to get ideal slices on the pieces we wanted. Well I assumed that it was 50/50 chance to slice encum or effectiveness---but in all the pieces that were done last night 90% were encum slices (good ones like 25%-33%) and the very few that were effectivness sliced they were somewhat disappointing (most in the teen%) Is this normal? Is there a bias for slicing armor?

It does seem that you get more encum slices.. and they go up to 45% but as far as we know its still 50/50. That is what is said.. I do seem to get more of a 6/3 ratio where 6 are encum and 3 are effect.
