Ok imagine as a smuggler you could slice swoops and speeders, while doing this you would get some kind of tef while you were slicing them. heh.! going around stealing swoops. now thats a real smuggler.

**Very funny idea! I can see people watching in disbelief as someone else rides off on their speeder, but I'd not apply it to Smugglers..**
Smugglers are the folk who use their contactsto get what you want, where you want it and when you want it for the pricewe get out of you. Smugglers thrive in the outer rim and walk softly in the core systems.
We're not the common speeder theif, or hijacker, leave that work to the street punksin the metropolises of the core systems.
You say you want that prestine new AV-21, you don't need a common theif to get it for you and possibly damage it in transit, I'll pull some strings and have it delivered, in perfect condition, to an undisclosed location from which you can pick it up. Upon me receiving payment in full of course.

no, no, and did I mention no. I don't understand this facination some people have with making smugglers the pickpocket/thug class. We are smugglers. We are ment to go to person A who has illegal item(s) they want deliverd to person B without the rest of the alphabet finding out.

/agree with fish. Smugglers smuggle, they don't steal. well some do, but they generally get shot pretty quick. We are simple couriers, who excel at getting into, and out of trouble, on skill, and blind luck.

Something tells me that you've been known to make off with a weapon or two before, or maybe even a suit of armor when it serves your needs.
It's not as if we already have to defend ourselves and our reputations enough. Something like this would only make our lives worse...

Ahhh, sandhopper.. but to be able to smuggle, you first need the Ability to do so...
and that is something we can't do atm(sorry for the hijack)
