Thread: How do you krayt slice??

Can anyone please enlighten me on what a krayt slice is and how it is done. I just mastered smuggler and though i had it all down till someone mentiond krayt slicing

A krayt slice will be considered one of 2 things.
For an honourable and honest player it is mearly the term used when slicing a Krayt Tissue enhanced weapon.
For the cheaters out there it is when you double slice or power up slice a weapon, thus giving it a result far higher than it actually should be..... hence why it can be likened to a Krayt weapon.

So if you slice a weapon that has a power up in place you actually slice the weapon+power-up value not just the weapon stats alone? Is this type of slice perminent?

No, if you slice a weapon with a power up, the power up is removed. Don't worry, you won't perform the exploit by accident, so you're quite safe from being banned on that account

Trust me, there is no way you will "accidently" do a power up slice.
If you do it, it is because you damn well intended to.

a krayt slice?
Get in krayt graveyard to meet the smuggler
Give him what you have to slice
Smuggler start to follow you as he beggins the slice
You must find a krayt before he finished the slice
Attack the krayt
The smuggler feigns death
Your are "sliced" by the krayt
The smuggler finishes the slice
You clone and go back to the graveyard to save the smuggler and your stuff
You and your stuff are now sliced up hard
Get in krayt graveyard to meet the smuggler
Give him what you have to slice
Smuggler start to follow you as he beggins the slice
You must find a krayt before he finished the slice
Attack the krayt

The smuggler finishes the slice
