Im a noob to smuggler and so far just dont the Slicing, next will be the Feign death but was wondering if any of you can help me with acouple ofquestions?
1) Once you are Slicer IV, can you slice better once you are a Master?
2) What level can you sell faction points and do you have to earn them first to sell or do you buy them?

1) yes, you do slice better at master than you do at slicing 4
2) anyone that is overt can sell FP. How high you are in rank, however, ditermines the transfer rate. I actually do both, earn and buy FP. There is an excellnt guide made by DrevanStrobe on the matter. It can be found by going to the Impt links on the smuggler forum skicky,

Quick and dirty tip for selling FP: don't bother until you're both a master smuggler and a faction colonel. At master and colonel, you get the best rates for selling and purchasing FP.
