I ahve been a Master Smuggler forever. I did the Master Smuggler/MasterCommando template and got baord with it. I went to the standard MSmuggler/MTK/MPistoleer and alos found it quite boring.

I ma now planing a Master Smuggelr/Master Creature Handler/TK (0/0/4/0) combo

Right now I am:

Master Smuggler

TK 0/0/3/0 (90K from 0/0/4/0)

CH (4/2/0/4)

I am enjoying this a lot! CH is a lot of fun, even if not uber for PvP. With the fighting tree of TK (and being a lizard) I can do quite well in combat. Plus, if we EVER get smuggling missions a level 70 bio-engineered Rancor should help me get out of sticky situations Pets are fun, and look pretty cool

Just another template to think about for those board with the pistol/tk combo or other straight copmbat proffs

I also have a stimpak droid, a harvestor droid, a crafting droid, and a lvl 10 BE mountable pet kaadu "Marge" with 10k ham and 50% kinetic resists.

I make most of my money resourcing. I make most of my own supplies. I barter, cajole, bribe other professions to provide me schematics with my resources for items I can't create on my own.

I buy the best armor (in bulk) and the best weapons (in bulk) and slice and slice until I get really good 'protection' (well as good as you can with a pistol anyways).

When I'm on dathomir setting up harvestors...I'm tough enought to get back on my bike and run away...most of the time. When I find myself confronted by Maulers on naboo, I can usually hold my own. I use the spice I make for emergencies.

I think this is the best RP you can get for a smuggler as it stands. Outside of smuggling of course. I get to run a legitimate buisness...but if you'll step back into my back room I have some armor and weapons you might be interested in.... could I get you a crate of Neutron Pixies while you wait?... Nice T21...would you like me to see if I can make that thing fire a little faster?...

Storm troopers stopping me in the big cities... "No sir, that crate is not illegal spice, that's really a crate important food stuffs for a poor friend of mine"

Yah I know there's problems with the game, but I guess I can still enjoy the simpler life. I don't need to go kill Rancor's to have fun. I don't need to get killed in 3 seconds after spending 15k on buffs just to see a correlian corvette load screen.

I have fun milking ikopi's and famba's. I have enough stress in real life to have toworry about getting killed everynight when I log in.

I make crates of camp kits and carry a fishing pole with me... so what if it is virtual camping,
