I am a master smuggler, and a master armorsmith. I did that basically so I could purchase faction to buy faction armor schematics with, and for the discount on faction items. Another armorsmith in my guild also purchased some faction armor schems, and received them at the same price I did. Do master smugglers not get a faction discount on armor schems, or am I missing something here?

Well, non-armorsmiths can't even buy those... so it's an intresting question. You *should* get a discount though. Did you check to see if it actually subtracted the whole listed faction price instead of just 75% of it?

The discount should have happened, but Smuggler features are notorious for not working or working properly. Sometimes it shows you bought the item for the base price, but it actually subtracts the correct duscount.

Also, it could be possible that the Devs did not forsee this happening/ want this to happen, and the discount does not apply. /shrug
