sorry 2 be a total n00bler but can you get a 12% speed slice on a t21? or not? this guy i know said u cant i didnt know only certain weapons could take certain slices help plz

There's a cap on slices, so that would prevent a further slice. (There's a sticky on slicing caps.)

If the weapon was sliced before the slicing changes, that will prevent further slicing.

Other than those two conditions, there's nothing that stops T21s from being speed sliced. Pre-CU sharpshooters are all too familiar with the pain and suffering of speed sliced T21s.
