Thread: locked containers becoming rare?

I've just picked up Smuggler - in my gal to actually play and sample each profession properly (yes, I'm a glutten for punishment, and this is actually my 2nd attempt at smuggler) - and I'm doing the slicing, and I've noticed that Locked containers are almost non-existant on the bazaar (Corbantis), where as a few months ago, you couldn't help but see people selling dozens at a time...
Have the loot drop changes affected this, making it trickier to get that first box or 2 in slicing - or is it me?
(and damn, I forgot how hard it was to get a low level skill... just under 1 hour to get the 50k needed for novice smuggler...)

i havn't had a problem looting em on intrepid the past few days, matter of fact i'd say that i get too many of em just off rebel npc's

rebels, you say? 
I know I used to loot them rediculously from meatlumps/ragtags - but all they give now are droid body, radio and streetlamp schems, along with dud fireword, broken viewscreens and datapds, and corrut discs

I still find them.
I delete them...it's faster and cheaper than opening them and then deleting them.
