You need at least Underworld IV to be able to buy them (for yourself, the delegating is actually not a Smuggler thing).

The option is the one with "I think I might be able to help your bank account."

We couldn't play SWG without Tiggs. Now we can =)

see we don't bit those people that have read the stickies and still have questions.

we just save it up for those that don't know what an FAQ is

Not anymore. They removed the 500FP buy limit a few patches ago. The only Smuggler lovin' in a very long time. You can buy as much faction as your rank allows you to carry.
