"Quests
- Our Story Arc begins in Roriwith the quest called, "Man Down". Participate in part 1 of the new epic quest series called "Secrets of the Syren". Who is the pilot of the mysterious crashed ship? What was the dangerous cargo he was carrying that both the Imperials and Rebels want so desperately? Find out now!"
Now, whether this is to the level of the Cries of Alderaan story arcs, I don't know. But apparently they've added something to do with the GCW and it's a "Story Arc".
Perhaps we should start doing research to see if it has any determining factors on our faction point sales or the GCW score like the CoA![]()
Just a heads up before I head to take a mid term exam ![]()

Yeah, it sounds pretty cool. I'm looking forward to it.
I'm curious if it will have repeating "phases" (like the FS village), or just go through each arc then stop.

I hope this is the same as the CoA arcs. That was fun, and I think the old badges are really cool to have.

I'm more curious if it will be of the same 'everyone has to be able to get everything' variety most of the recent additions are - I very much hope that, if storyarcs like that are implemented, they will have different goals and badges in each 'cycle' so people can experience content in more than one way (Like the 'Vette has the Imperial, Rebel and Hutt versions, and each of them in different flavours.)
I want my badges to say something about my character, not just how long I, as a player, have been in the game...

I think the most important aspect of this is whether or not any reward given will overwrite the existing CoA reward. It is vital that we know if we (read: Dreven) need to rework the rebel side of any FP formulas and spreadsheets.
Also, didn't SOE always say for the past 8-10 months that they weren't doing anymore "story arcs" but more toned down continueing content? I just find it odd that they actually used the phrase "story arc" when they so vehemently opposed any thing on the scale that woudl be called a story arc.

It could be a "story arc", but a permanent one. So it will always be there, but it will shifts "phases" every, say, month and a half. Like the FS village, in a way.

I know what was the cargo....
A usable dead eye schematic that you can use without alderaan flora....

Yeah this bit of a tease needs more of a fleshing out. I liked COA but they kinda just stopped working on it I never got a sence the thing was over. Each part was supposed to last a month and yet seemed to last 4 months.
When the put a story arc back they need to have a CLEAR start and stop date esp if it effects the GCW.
