I was just told you can buy faction points from npc recruiter, is this true? Cause I me damned if i can figure out how.

lol no need to apologize, you didn't see it. but more often than not, a question that relates to a major aspect of a profession can have it's answer found in the FAQs and such stickied on top in all the different forums.
