Thread: disappearing tools

so after converting a lot of wuk's i had some impressive stacks of tools.
my simple toolkit stack was over 4k. logged in yesterday and it was gone.
poofed. vanished.
is there a limit on the stack size that makes these not save??! im not too pleased about this one.

Er... hmm. On the offchance you havn't, be sure to submit a ticket for this; meanwhile, I'll try and get an answer on max numbers of components in a stack..

Hey Wes, despite this persons particular (and nasty) problem. It would be nice to know what the cap on stacks of the components is just for reference. If you get that info could you add it to the FAQ by any chance?

its possible the max size the devs think exists for stacks in inventory isnt the max size for storing the size of the stack across server reboots or publishes or something odd like that. the stack did survive quite a few login logout sessions, but this may have happened during one of the recent patches.

i had a similar problem. I converted a load of WUKs, got myself a stack of 850 simple toolkits, then the next day i only had 204 in the same stack

There's a long thread about disappearing items on the Bria forums that's been going for a few weeks now. Seems that a little of everything has been disappearing.If the CSR's can verify it, they will probably replace it.

ooppss. my bad. i thought i was in the bria forums when i posted. bria still needs to be cleaned, but i will still check on my tools.

cool i finally got a ticket open so illl see what happens.
im not sure if it being overall items being lost, or just large stack tools is better. sorta wish it was specific to these items, no offense to the smuggies.

this is another example of why the devs need to clean bria. i am going to check my converted stacks tonight. hopefully i will still have the huge amount i converted.
