Smuggler Archive

Give smugglers the ability too use a small ship too land at any shuttle or starport.

Just too show that they are smugglers and can get in there stuff anywhere.

Ex: use the shuttle port at Tat too get too a shuttle port at Talus with there smuggler ship.
