Thread: Smuggler roles in PvP

Just switched back to the profession, which I haven't played since before the CU. I was wondering what sort of attacks are effective from the smuggling tree in PvP, especially what combos people regurally use.
Any help greatly appreciated!

k since the only thing people do on the smuggler boards anymore is b1tch about how they can't smuggle i'll try and help you out, Smugglers we're crowd control not so much into damage dealing but GREAT for group pvp, Concussion shot and panic shot are your 2 new best friends there mezzes they make it so your opponent cant do ANYTHING but they break on damage.... so what you do is if you're in a group have your group focus on one target while you concussion shot and panic shot all the other enemies preventing them from helping there friend who is getting ganked lol. Lets say you're out there on your own fighting and you're about to die, you have two options you can either
A. Feign Death which makes you pretend to be dead and nobody can hit you, or
B. Last Ditch this move brings you to near Incap but does MASIVE damage you're supposed to use this wtih very low HP
Overwhelming shot lowers enimies resitances to other moves so use this before you use any debuffs you may have
Wreckless shot is our damage shot does great damage but lowers our defense
We also have a snare which helps alot

Exactly what I was looking for - thanks! I was wondering how concussion shot was used with the damage break.

Just make sure you tell your group who you're mezzing. Nothing's worse than Mezzing a guy and having a teammate wake him up right after.
