From what I've seen here, the going rate when you purchase is anywhere from 115-150 depending on the seller. Some people who don't purchase (non Smugglers) try to undercut that by earning it other ways, but Smugglers will always be able to give you and others as much as you need practicly on the spot because they can buy it and don't have to run a bunch of missions or anything else for it.
