has anyone compiled a complete list of what each spice does? send me a link or post it here if it has been done, thanks.

Lemon dill or lemon pepper is still good for fish. I know rosemary still has lots of chicken applications and for steak you can't beat the Montreal Steak Seasoning.

What the h3ll is wrong with me, how the h3ll could I forget garlic? I can't eat a bite of mashed pots without that stuff and the only thing garlic doesn't go good with is Vampires and sexual intercourse with the opposite sex.

Sapm doesn't need much though, salt and pepper is good enough. Therefore it doesn't belong here.

So are we to infer from this statement that you have knowledge that garlic goes well with sexual intercourse with members of the same sex?

I'm a big fan of nutmeg. It's so distinctive yet not overpowering. I tend to toss a pinch into anything I make. Chili, pasta, baking, or even steak. So good.
